It's glum, but it does have an upbeat ending.

Sometimes life is glumy.

I love how you've expressed yourself.

I like the ending. If I were there I'd pull you out the door. I'd bug the helloutta ya until you were so mad you'd forget being sad.

I have a friend going through this right now. I am giving her space to work through her issues. But, I am so sad. I miss my friend. She is a tall vivacious blonde who is usually so very upbeat. I miss her smile and her jokes. I miss walking with her.

I wonder if she feels that way, turning me down when I invite her out because she would be too sad after? We usually have some good crazy fun.

She lives right across the court from me and it breaks my heart that being so close I can not help her.

I'm giving her more time though. She is bigger than I am and will kick my a$$ if I try and pull her out her door.

Sometimes I feel this way about going to DL. The afterwards is so sad for me...

Very profound, GC. The piece makes my heart ache, but it also fills me with hope. I am grateful that I too saw the dark because now the bright is so much brighter.
