Chicken Noodle Soup; homemade or Lipton's. It always makes me feel better.
If my sinuses are really blocked up, I go with some nasal spray (no more than a week, though). Otherwise I can't sleep at night. Lots of liquids; hot tea, water, OJ, etc. Asprin for the aches and pains. Hope you're feeling better soon!  <----soup
