Ok - I have to rave about the Mojitos - best ever.

We walked into the bar, and I noticed a bucket of sugar cane - to which I exclaimed, "Sugar Cane! what are you serving with that?"

Turns out the make fresh sugar cane juice using a rather cool machine to make their mojitos along with the muddled mint and rum. Simply delicious and exactly the way it should be. I won't be ordering any of these from Tortilla Joe's anymore.

This was a lot of fun and I think I want another day there at least. I need to see the rest of the gardens, spend more time at the Japanese garden, and then on to the books and the art!

I took what turned out to be some great shots. I need to find a photo-hosting place and figure out how to work it.
