April Swanking - Huntington Gardens - April 22nd

Ok - I have to rave about the Mojitos - best ever.

We walked into the bar, and I noticed a bucket of sugar cane - to which I exclaimed, "Sugar Cane! what are you serving with that?"

Turns out the make fresh sugar cane juice using a rather cool machine to make their mojitos along with the muddled mint and rum. Simply delicious and exactly the way it should be. I won't be ordering any of these from Tortilla Joe's anymore.

Believe it or not, I've never had a Mojito. What's in it?
