Billy Tipton was from Spokane, and when the story broke it was a huge shock to most who knew him. He was a very well-known musician- I can remember seeing his name on area marquees all the time when I was growing up. We're a weird little town, I tell ya.

There would have had to be a heck of a lot of decieving going on for 17 years. I mean, don't you usually go through a battery of testing to determine infertility before going the AID route for having a family? How did he fake that stuff? Was he a brilliant liar or was she unbelievably gullable?

It is my belief that in marriages that involve women who don't like sex, this scenario isn't actually that far-fetched. She lays prone in the dark under the sheets for a couple minutes every once in a while. She may not have had much experience with sex, or simply disliked it enough that she really wasn't paying attention.

As a woman who actually enjoys sex and loves leaving the lights on, I can firmly attest to my husband's very male sexuality.

Firmly.

As for myself...if you look at pics of me as a kid you could assume I was a boy....
