At my former place of employment it was common to lunch at our desks and sneak out a little early. Then came the time clocks (yes, we were salaried and had to punch a clock). So our boss said to either not eat at your desk or put up a "Out to Lunch" sign on your cube wall. I so would have bought one of those hats.
