Midnight Snack Time

We are trying ....ahem....tofu dogs this evening. I'm a pretty adventurous eater and I do enjoy tofu in various dishes and yet, I'm not expecting this to be good. I'm just tired of being asked if we can try them.

I think tonight is going to be a wonderful lesson in "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it".

May I recommend Morning Star Farms as a brand to try for veggie stuff. Their veggie corn dogs are amazing. They make veggie hot dogs, they're in the freezer section next to the veggie corn dogs at Ralphs.

I'm eating veggies with a ginger dressing that I made with the receipe from the Disney magazine.
