Midnight Snack Time

I was a total bad girl tonight.

I stayed in on a Saturday night (which is rare, but refreshing

) and got my late-night snack attack at 11:30 p.m. while watching SNL with my Nana.

I had:

*A quarter of a piece of peanut butter & chocolate chip rice cake with crunchy peanut butter smeared on top

* A handful of potato chips dipped in ketchup

*A few bites of steak, yet again

*A few bites of Italian chopped salad left-overs. I was digging for black olives & garbanzo beans among other yummy stuff.

It's 2:20 a.m., and I know I'm not even done yet.

I get teased for the potato chip/ketchup combo, and it's one of my very favorites! I only love potato chips when they are smothered in onion dip or ketchup. Sauces & dips are my biggest weaknesses- taco sauce, tabasco, salsa, guacamole, hummus & onion dip!! I don't even need anything to dip, except my finger.

A 'tato is a 'tato. If you dip your fries in ketchup, why not potato chips?

There is lard in many things I enjoy, but I sure as heck ain't gonna eat it straight out of the can!
