Actually (and it has been a while since I've been to one), they did have an oven roasted chicken that at least seemed like it would be healthier. It tasted...ok.

I don't even remember the last time I had KFC... Oh ya, the last time I had KFC was when I ran into MBC and ChickenXing during traffic school. That had to be at least a year and a half ago.

Yeah, that was in our "it's easier to eat out of a bag" phase. And don't get me wrong, it isn't that KFC doesn't taste good. It's just better for my health if I continue to convince myself that these place are evil, thereby lowering the temptations to tolerable levels.

Excuse me now while I go grab a handful of carrot sticks (grumble, grumble).
