Actually, she can't since it was a freebie ticket. It says on the ticket: "May not be refunded or exchanged toward the purchase of any other admission media."

But you may be able to talk a regular day user out of their paid ticket for same purpose.

Potential upgrade issue. Ticket was free (won). There may not be a value attached to it. Heidi still needs to come to the meet though. My foot is down
