And I couldn't get them to put Madz instead of Madison on her pirate ears. Also why does it take them so long to do the computer ones, it takes like 5x as long per set of ears it seems.

I find that the computer ones are easier to read, but the hand ones make them all a little different and more personalised. To me it didn't matter much. But are they taking the stand of no nick names like on the badges? Certainly they can't stick with only names in a data base can they? With all of the tourists from all over the world, not to mention unusual spellings of common names! I love your hat HBT! Long time no see, BTW!

We were totally shocked that she was able to get it- all of it- sewn on the hat. It was fun watching- we 'hid' in the doorway and iSm gave us a play-by-play on the happening. When we finally did get to the ride, we were almost about to get on when it went 101. We had to flip BTD crap about missing the ride (because it was midnite and unlikely they would start it back up) over her hat, but luckily they got Space going again.
