Doesn't anyone care that I, too, am in a show? Gn2Dlnd isn't the only diva here, you realize. I'm joking. My show opens tonight. "Surprise" at Theatre at First. I play a psychic. Although, I'd rather be in "Aresenic and Old Lace"... I love that play. I'd love to see G2D in a show, cause he's fabulous.

Last time you were very nervous.....how are you feeling today?

There was a huge debate in the drama department at my University about color blind casting. I've never understood it, really, and it makes no sense. Can an African American or someone who is Hispanic play Tony? I suggested they produce Master Harold and the Boys with color blind casting, but they weren't amused.

Well, as cranky as I seem, I'm actually in a really good mood this week. I'm looking forward to tonight. Ralphie's coming to tonight's performance.
My only problem with this play is that we're the last One Act to go up out of 8. So, we have to do a lot of waiting around in the Green Room. Bleh.

I don't know if the song 'America' would make sense if both gangs were of mixed racial backgrounds. Then again, maybe it would. The song is sung by just the women in the play version. If the women were all Latina it would work, I guess the men could be all different. It's a good question, though.
