As GD said, it's not a smell problem at all. The problem is that he chews everything. Example: I'll walk into the room and he'll bound right over to start munching on my shoes while I'm still wearing them. I have to take them off and put them in another room or he will continue to try to destroy them the entire time I'm in the room with him, and no amount of disciplinary noises or pushing him away is going to make a bit of difference.

I can understand why most people keep them confined to a cage/room for most of the time and only let them out to exercise once or twice a day, but if we did it that way we'd be continually following him around making sure he's not getting into trouble anyway. As it is, the place is bunny proof (we think!) and we don't have to babysit him.
