Odd Network problem

OK, this problem is happening again. I have not changed any settings, and it was working last night when I went to bed. I restarted, shut down and powered off my modem. My router has the proper lights going but the modem is sporadic.

Ideas?

Power fluctuations? Try a power strip with surge protection (it will be more expensive than a standard power strip).
