E is a good thing but I don't think it is true of me (I'm sure I'm fine at it and have never had complaints but I doubt I fall into the "damn good" category). And no, X isn't true of me, not even when it was used for G.

I let people tell me what to do all the time. Just not when I have a strong opinion about what to do. But if I don't have a strong opinion and someone else does, then that just makes life easier for me.

This is perhaps one of the wisest things I've ever read. It's how I handle things around the house as much as possible: if the outcome doesn't matter that much to me, I am not going to expend energy in trying for one or another alternative.
