You're right, it WAS Ally Cat! Do de do do do do do do de do, do do de do do do (ba da dum). I had both the 45 of Ally Cat and Popcorn (still do, actually). Of course, I don't get the Chris Elliott reference.

• Mary Poppins Original Cast Soundtrack with Julie and Dick
• Other Worlds, Other Sounds - Esquivel and his orchestra.
