I use to think age was a state of mind. But my body has a different opinion. I blew out two discs in my C-Spine and had bone fusion. Now I can't do so many things including lifting over 10 lbs, and am tired all the time.

NOW I feel old!!

And, when I'm mentoring at the Junior High out here, I already do feel really old. They understand none of the stuff I enjoyed when I was little
