From what I understand, most of North Korea already looks like its been hit by a few dozen nukes already.

Using Bush logic, I'm confused about something. Bush said bombing/liberating Iraq was going to deter other rogue nations in the axis of evil from being a threat to our country and the world. This does not seem to be the case. Kim Jong Il seems to be emboldened.
