When Susan and I were first dating, we were strolling around Balboa Island and talking. IN a playful moment, I dipped her over the edge. Unfortunately, I dipped just a little too far, but not so far as to go over the edge, into the water - we just lost balance. We literally spent about 10 minutes struggling to get our balance and back up on terra firma.

I guess they don't want an entire department to replace, but in the article I read about this it was stated that all of the parents gave their permission for him to taser their children. So why was only the one guy fired?
