My reccouring dreams center around Nickolas being yanked away from my arms. Luckily those are becoming less and less frequent. The one that is still happening at least once a week is me slapping the snot out of David and verbally tearing Her apart. I guess all of my hostility comes out in my dreams since I can't yet do it IRL.

Boy and I had a great weekend. We really didn't do anything, but it was still great. Luckily he is learning that we don't have to go anywhere to have a good time. I did have to go in to work on Saturday, but he was able to go with me. He loved going to my work and watching me do my job. He even walked with me when I had to go to the West Office to pick up paperwork. After all he could say was, "Do you really have to walk this far every day?" He also told me that it looked to him like I did know what I was doing.

Ok, I just put rats in Boy's bed. This is the easiest way to wake him up. One of them this morning was Squggles.

Sure enough, the pilot veers up, something happens and we plop to the ground. No explosion, though... As I get out, the only thing that's important to me is my suitcase which has precious cargo ("precious cargo" is undefined and again is another recurrent theme)... I'm trying to break into the cargo bay as GD & CP plead that I run away with them. After all, the plane will probably explode soon. As I'm getting back to the plane, a massive earthquake happens (ahem... recurrent theme...) and the plane blows up. My boyfriend shows up and the four of us run off.

Then I wake up.

The dream makes no sense, except that maybe it's a "Welcome Back to Dreamland" dream. I have been glowing over it all day.

I love that a dream like that, involving a plane "crash" and explosion, would leave you glowing. Awesome.

Most dreams leave me uneasy, when I remember them, and if I don't write them down they're gone once I get out of the shower. I almost prefer it that way.

Funny we should be talking about dreams...

Does anyone else share the experience that the type of dreams they have (subjects, details, etc...) varies depending on where they are physically? I always notice that while on vacation to distant lands my dreams change noticeably.

I was thinking about this over Thanksgiving weekend. I had a lot of weird dreams including one rather vivid dream about building a model of an AH.1 helicopter . The trouble is that to the best of my knowledge I've never heard of an AH.1 Helicopter.

It made me wonder, what if dreams are coming not from our own subconscious but rather from those of people around us. It would explain why I tend to have very different dreams based on where I'm sleeping.

It's Monday after a long weekend, I should be cranky looking at my desk, but I'm not. It's a good day, I feel good, got lots of sleep over the weekend (not last night, however). Must have been the dream!

Anyway, I gues it's cause I know in only a few more days I will be in LA and having some good fun! Yay!

I think I was having dreams last night - before a client called at 7 am and woke me up. HOLIDAY'S OVER! (Not that I had an actual holiday).

I came in to work last night just to read my emails and listen to my voice mails. It seems a little workaholic-ish but it really freed up my morning this morning.

Dude! That's so retro. Get yourself a Blackberry, remote access, IP based voice-mail, remote dial in, etc.... That way you can have access 24/7 like I do no matter where you are....

Errr, oh ummm wait a second. Now that I think about it, perhaps your way is better......
