Oh, sorry if I wasn't clear - I meant the ALBUMS, not just the individual songs.

HI!

Hearing Trent say "I want to fu<k you like an animal" does not make me run faster - unless he happens to be waiting at home for me.

I have to agree with those on here who say they need music to get going. Boring without it. I use DVD's when I do the treadmill to have something to look at.
Ooo, Lisa....I like your point of view on Trent... ![]() I have quite a few compilations of songs to work out to. Here is a small number: Black Eyed Peas: Hey Mama, Shut Up The Cure:Why Can't I Be You?, Just Like Heaven, Friday I'm In Love Incubus: Megalomaniac Jet: 'Last Chance', 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl', 'Roll Over D.J.', 'Get What You Need', 'Get Me Outta Here', 'Cold Hard B****', 'Take It Or Leave It' The Soundgarden song 'Rusty Cage', the way it starts off will get you off of your, um, behind, and get you going every time. I could go on and on but DEVO is great, System of a Down, Thornley, Velvet Revolver, Green Day {kick a** BarTopDancer, I totally agree}. Ooo, I think I will mix up my workout selections now. Thanks for the idea. ![]()
