Zach has been doing that to the fullest extent since he was little. I almost never turn him down when he wants to buy a book and he always donates his books when he's done.

My Congressman actually wrote me back on this! He says they are still fighting this and he says they will make Congress keep their promises to the children and their needs.
I just thought it was great that I got a reply from someone "official".

Assuming this is true, no wonder he's messed up. Between his reading and his workouts and his vacations, something's gotta give.
