I'm wondering if a certain patient will call me back. He's been so hard to reach, and he always has this attitude like we're screwing up with something. It doesn't help that we didn't get the voice message he left at our office at 730 this morning, until half an hour ago.

I'm wondering if I'll get out of here earlier because the doctor's gone.

I'm wondering if my paycheck's going to be tiny, like it was last week.

I'm wondering if my tax return check is going to automatically deposit itself soon.

I'm wondering if I'll ever catch up to all these projects I have going on.

I'm wondering what's going to happen this weekend, exactly, because it seems things never quite turn out the way they are originally planned.

I'm wondering if I'll be able to afford a massage or a manicure/pedicure soon, because I'd actually like to get all 3.

I'm also wondering how my hair can be half curly and half straight at all times without a curling iron, or flattening iron.

And the asparagus thing. I wonder that, too. Beets can change the color of urine, but I love them when they're freshly roasted. An easy decision for me to sacrifice. And think of all the good you're doing for your body, eating all these good foods! Though I do remember being panicked that once...

I'm wondering if it's a gender thing due to the fact that the way women pee is different than men. Maybe the closer proximity to the bowl from sitting allows them a better opportunity to smell the pee. I'm wondering because I don't ever remember smelling my own urine -- but that could be because of all the water I drink. I wonder if I'll remember to check the next time I go number one.

I wonder why this topic interests me.
