Keith Olbermann spent a full 8 minutes of his show last week detailing what he thought was the only logical conclusion to the series. Y'all know I couldn't easily care less about Harry Potter but I found it a compelling argument.
So I'm going to just assume he is right and leave it at that (fortunately for me Lani hasn't yet expressed any interest in seeing the next movie). |

As far as logical conclusion... I have a suspicion that Harry might be one of Voldemort's horcruxes.

Interesting thought, Morrigoon. However, mustn't there be an incantation to go along with it? And if Harry is the horcrux, then by trying to kill him, is he trying to die?
Interesting thought. I wonder if a horcrux could be accidental.

That's what I think. I think in trying to commit the act of killing Harry and failing, V. split himself again and left some of that in Harry - hence their "connection" and Harry's unusual power.

Keith Olbermann didn't come up with that. Since the horcrux concept was introduced, fans everywhere have been saying that.
Keith Olberman read some fan fic sites and pretended it was his concept to Muggles everywhere. That's some evil genius right there.

Either way, seems solid enough for me and odds are the finale will be lame (simply because almost all finales in multi-volume epic fantasy series end up being lame) so I'm good with assuming it is correct.
