I'm wondering why freakin DHL is so freakin slow!!!!!!!!

Our paycheck gets delivered overnight..and the company switched from Fedex...which was here by noon or 1:00pm at least...like clockwork....to sucky DHL who MIGHT get here by 5:00 or 6:00 or whenever they feel like it!
