I believe Disneyphile was trying. No idea if she was one of those picked to get a pair of tickets.

As for the surprise at the number of people, the London concert dates sold out quickly from what I read, and continued to sell out as they added dates.

I'm sure this whole thing is quite a mess for LAPD and such.

DP, Sorshah, and Susan were all trying to get tix (in the case of Susan, it was for DP). I know that Susan and DP were not selected. I do not know about Sorshah.

Sorhshah didn't get selected either. Nor, did any of my resources, whom I'm very thankful to for trying. If anything, it still reminds me that I have some really awesome friends.

No luck at all here.

And, assholes have already tried scalping them on Ebay. Tickets to a funeral. How low can those people possibly go? Thankfully, Ebay appears to be pulling those listings down quickly.
