For those of you keeping score at home, the answers are yes, and no, I got the beachfront property case I was most comfortable with. And conveniently shared duty with a guy who didn't have a clue what we were doing, thus making me seem that much smarter.

I wonder if any of the other drivers/passengers on northbound I5 though I was crazy.
