State seals records of Disney 'criminals'

Donald Duck isn't really a highway menace; he's just part of a computer test.

Tinker Bell has a problem with hallucinogenic mushrooms, and Donald Duck is a drunken driver.

But you'd never know any of that from looking at Iowa's official database of computerized court records - at least not anymore.

Iowa court administrators added felony charges against Bell and Duck to the state's computers last week to test new software. But when a Des Moines Register reporter asked questions, the cases were removed from public view before you could say "Disney lawyer."

Charges for Bell and Duck were electronically sealed along with other cases featuring two of Polk County's most overbooked criminals - Santa Claus (burglary, drugs and domestic abuse, among other charges) and Peter Pan (robbery, assault and indecent exposure).

Santa Claus also has two outstanding warrants - one entered in the computer system by "Grinch" and the other by "Judge Scrooge" - for "failure to appear @ my house."

Muppets Indicted on Felony Charges

Meanwhile, at the intersection of Q Road and 4th Street, Gonzo was picked up on for pimping "several prostitutes", believed to include Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, and Miss Piggy. Though Gonzo insists he’s just their “sugar daddy” and looking out for them, the vast quantities of thong underwear with traces of Muppet lint found on his person would indicate otherwise. Gonzo was carrying over $10,000 in small, crumpled, sweaty bills at the time of his arrest, far more than a Muppet has ever been known to count.

Miss Piggy, the matriarch of the Muppet family, was arrested on charges of prostitution. Though she is legally licensed to practice her trade within the borders of Nevada, she was at Ewe Street and I Avenue at the time of her arrest. Piggy was wearing stiletto heels, an ultra-short mini-skirt, and neon pink halter top with the words, “Pork the other white meat,” emblazoned across her bosom.

In a statement issued by Miss Piggy's publicist, fans are assured that "the charges against my client are ridiculously over-blown, not under-blown as previously stated... she's just trying to bring home the bacon."
