An off duty police officer and a buddy go looking for a minibike that was stolen from his yard.

They locate the kid riding the bike. The kid opens fire, a shootout follows and the boy is killed.

At least that's the story the officers tell.

Now as more facts come out their story does not hold up.

First no mini-bike was found, and then it came out no gun was found. Today we learned that the boy was shot in the back of the head and had some blunt force injuries . There might also be some evidence from a gunshot recording system that tells if one or more guns were fired and in what order.

The case is already in the hands of the FBI and U.S. attorney's office. Hopefully everyone involved in this will be held fully responsible and the press will keep everone honest.
