These action figures a tie-in to the Clone Wars cartoon, hence the cartoony nature (you weren't being sarcastic/ironic, were you?)

No, I just remember as a kid these things seemed more "real" to me, so I started wondering if that was my childlike imagination at play - or the things actually are more cartoony than the original action figures, and what that might mean about the movie. But now I've learned that there's in fact a cartoon. I'm so far behind on this franchise...

We've bought Cassidy most of the SW action figures as they've been released, but none of the cartoony ones....we like the old school ones only. We play with them all the time, too!!

The Easter Bunny is bringing her a couple, and her 7th birthday is just before the movie release, so she's getting the Darth Vader Mr. Potato Head, the Vader helmet with voice changer, a bunch of action figures and other SW crapola. She's still so obsessed, and we're more than happy to feed that obsession.

I love my little Darth Vader girl!!! She actually sometimes sleeps in her costume and always sleeps with her two Vader helmets on her bedposts. Dude, Vader freaked me out when I was her age, but she sleeps peacefully surrounded by him.
