A challenge for the showtunes queens

Okay boys and girls, here's your challenge. Watch this remix of a number from Jerry Springer: The Opera:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQs316I1awE
It's not work safe due to the use of the word fück, but otherwise it's quite tame.

Can you name all of the clips used? I consider myself quite the showtunes queen, but there were a few films in there I couldn't place. Can you help me fill in the gaps? I have not listed the clips from Jerry Springer, so anytime you see Alison Jiear (and her pole), it won't be included in my list. When I wasn't sure what I was seeing, I briefly described the scene and highlighted the text in blue.

No. 12 - drag queen in a white wig is from Baz Lurhman's Romeo + Juliet, same for No. 60, 'natch, and No. 139. That's the only film I recognized that you have missed, and you caught a handful more than I.

I really don't recognize the cheerleader/high school stuff ... and there was a lot of it.

I'm thinkin the Leonardo in a wheat field must be from Gilbert Grape, but he looks too old. (edited to add, maybe JW's right and it's also from Romeo + Juliet)

Maybe Not Afraid will chime in on the mysterious Bollywood stuff.

In any event, it was a ReALLy FuN VIdeO to watch!

Nope, definitely Romeo + Juliet.

And now that I think on it, there's no wheat field in that film. That Leonardo clip is still a mystery. Seems so like Gilbert Grape in setting, but he's like 4 years old in that movie.

All of the Bollywood clips are from The Guru - not a Bollywood film at all.

The quick clip of the girl is the Blue Bikini is from Austin Powers

I'm wrong about Kinky Boots (I think)

The Saturday Night Fever homage looks very familiar but I can't place it. Is it Heather Graham or Cameron Diaz? Charlie's Angels? Not sure.
