ComedySportz, last minute, for my birthday!

It's my birthday on Sunday, and I hadn't planned anything. End of April was very busy and I didn't want to even worry about it.

We're going to ComedySportz on Saturday night for the 8pm show. I have a friend in the cast. CSz is one of my favorite things. We used to go all the time, years ago.

It's improvisational comedy, done right in front of you (like Who's Line is it Anyway but better

). I've been meaning to set up a meet for ages and I figured what the hell, last minute is better than never.

Who's in? No assigned seating, so we can buy tix separately in advance and save a couple of bucks. There's a link on the site. Show up a bit early so we can all sit together.

I'm hoping as many of my awesome friends as possible show up. I want everyone to see this fun show. That would be a fantastic birthday for me.

I wish I could it sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately it's Jr. Rodeo Queen pagent weekend. Hope you guys have a blast!

I feel sad that LashBear will be missing this, I think he'd win, hands down.

I need to update my calendar with my work commitments. I know I have an overnight this weekend but I may be able to work this in.

I wish I could go. I've seen some of the ComedySportz players in other venues- I think some of them were D.U.H. at DCA a few years ago- and generally love good improv. Hope you have a great birthday!

Yup, D.U.H was mostly CSz folk. There are troops in Sacramento and San Jose, if you wanna catch one a little closer to home.
