I bought my first package of turkey bacon. I am going to give it a try.

I find that regular bacon from the grocery store sucks, and I can't always make it to the local butcher... so I'm rebelling.

I'm hoping it doesn't suck.

Oooh, or Monterey Jack! Cheddar's yummy too. I thought it sounded good before, now it sounds like I want some right now. I have bacon and cheese, but no jalapenos. Hmph.

We had bacon for breakfast and tomorrow I'm making beef burgandy which also has bacon. It makes for a good bacony weekend!
