I bought my first package of turkey bacon. I am going to give it a try.

I find that regular bacon from the grocery store sucks, and I can't always make it to the local butcher... so I'm rebelling.

I'm hoping it doesn't suck.

I have tried both Turkcon (tm) and Backey (tm), and in both cases I gobbled them down and made a pig of myself.

Some turkey bacon sucks some is delish. It's better if it's a bit fatty so it crisps up nicely. (I use Applegate (or is it Applewood?) Farms)

Now I want a turkey BLT!
