Just washed the whole fresh jalapenos (didn't remove the seeds or anything), and then wrapped them up in a strip of bacon (spiraled around to cover the whole pepper), put them on the George Foreman grill..... and a few minutes later, I had a religious experience. It's a brilliant concoction of flavor and heat.... just perfect.

I want more. I could seriously eat these things constantly.

And, sadly, I only made two of 'em, and the rest of the bacon was already cooked.

But, OMG.... for those of you who love bacon and spicy.... ya gotta try this!

I would remove the seeds and stuff with Yellow american cheddar before wrapping, but ya, let's give this a go at Yosemite as a lunchbox picnic treat !!
