This is exactly what I'm doing as well! (In fact, I just finished my second lunch.) I'm amazed at how easy it's been, and I'm already down 6 pounds.

I hear ya on the energy bit! I'm loving every minute of it! I really think I've found the way to eat for life. I feel great, and I'm not deprived at all. And no longer am I sluggish after eating a large meal. (Because I don't eat large meals anymore.
