Yeah, but it's still a person with a functioning (and I'd like to point out, their OWN) uterus. It's not someone who never had a uterus of their own, or who had it removed. I mean, if this was someone who'd been born a man but had a uterus implanted in them, and it worked, THAT would be pretty freaking impressive.
Someone sporting a beard that happens to still have their original plumbing, not so much.
