I wondered where this thread went...Oh yeah, I was trying to block it out.
I have tried to make sure and do my workout every other day. It is a hit or miss. I then try to dance or ride my bike. I have not been so good at it. I have put on a few pounds {don't ask, I don't want to know} but I also wonder how much is muscle. I am thinking, and help me here, when I run I am building muscle instead of just burning fat? Cause, see, the legs of my jeans used to fit one way but when I run regularly, they are tight. I am trying to get back to eating like you, LSPE. It isn't easy. Yeah for everyone to keep it up!
