Dresses over Jeans?

After wearing jeans so much, I feel like a tomboy and it feels strange to wear a dress, like dressing up. Even a casual dress. I did pick one up and wore it casually and it felt right. It was black, of course.

Oh man, I think I would definitely be on 'What Not to Wear'. I don't always match my shoes/purse, I know my clothes are currently too tight...my accessories are whatever I had on from the day before...{gold hoops, bracelet}...but I do buy a lot of them...just never use them...
