Reminds me of the story were a woman who was being raped and insisted that robber put on a condom. Because of this, the defense said that the sex was consensual.

I will keep looking for a link to that story.

Man gets community work for cruelty to mouse

An Auckland man has been sentenced to community work after pleading guilty to animal cruelty charges.

Lindsay Rowles pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges and offensive behaviour after he grabbed a mouse from a woman's cleavage, pretended to eat it, and killed it in the process, Newstalkzb reported today.

An indecent assault charge was withdrawn.

Rowles was sentenced to 180 hours community service and one year's supervision with drug and alcohol counselling.

Last year his two children drowned when his boat sank in the Hauraki Gulf and Rowles has pleaded not guilty to operating a vessel causing unnecessary danger or risk.

He is expected to reappear for an estimated four-day hearing beginning on November 24.
