Oh, I know that's not exactly marathon pace. But even slowed down, unless I walk a large portion of it, I don't have the stamina to manage much more than a couple miles, even it a sloooow jog. Stupid asthma.

Greg, if you can run a decent time for a few miles you could walk the rest and still finish within the limits.
Flying cross country for a 13K is pretty much out of the question (especially with another run two months later). |
