That’s actually outside by the front door. The tiled wall separates the front porch area from the street. The window is next to the front door, and looks into the entryway.

Im sure you get some points for having your sim on... but for the stains..just think your house is all tiled and windows.. so all you need is a little multi purpose cleaner and some elbow grease....
