why the interest in kanga-steaks?

of the known oddball meats, Ive had
ostrich
buffalo
squirrel (sorry Ponine)
rabbit (sorry Jen)
rattlesnack

quail
frog
horse (dont ask)
bear
goat
gator (forgot about that one)
and nearly every sea creature known to be edible (product of a japanese mother)

Take off the horse and squirrel and add Wild Boar, Elk, & Deer and I'm with you there. But, I've never had Roo. Or Nutrea.
