It was a "pre-cooked" ham. At 16-minutes a pound, I wonder why anyone would find it all that redeeming to do this as opposed to purchasing one from HoneyBaked, or even Boston Market. The time + base cost factors just don't work out well for doing it yourself, unless you have something magical you do to the food.

I'm wondering why the feck no one called me on Tuesday or Wednesday to tell me no one was going to be in the office until 9:30?!?! I really needed those extra couple of hours asleep, but NOOOO.... ARGH...

Oh well, this will go into my overtime hours anyway (this is gonna be a 13 hour day)..... So they can eat it!

I'm wondering why I haven't started the coffee yet.
