The problem with selling alcohol in the parks is/would be the increase in Code V's. Imagine somebody hurling at the top of Space and the lower trains getting a nice shower.

Or don't imagine it ...

I have mixed feelings about serving alcohol inside DL proper aside from C33 and special events. Times change, but alcohol is already served in DCA and DTD, does it really need to be served inside DL proper as well? Then again alcohol is already served in DCA and DTD. You don't see [many] hurling/sloppy drunks inside the park(s) as it is.

Regardless, what they are stating they want the license for makes sense. If they are getting one time usage licenses on a regular basis, why not go for the license. Does anyone know if the liquor license will state that alcohol can only be served during specific events or times?

I don't need to imagine it, I saw the results of a similiar incident at a private party about 20 years ago.
