Oh please, you know he is... whether he gets caught or not is another story. He's been trying to put off the elections for some time. Guess he gets his wish now.
But like any good politician, he's expressing "regret" and telling the populace to calm down. Hope this doesn't turn out like Archduke Ferdinand.
