For those of you keeping score at home, the answers are yes, and no, I got the beachfront property case I was most comfortable with. And conveniently shared duty with a guy who didn't have a clue what we were doing, thus making me seem that much smarter.

I'm now wondering if I'm truly done for the evening or if he'll call on me again when I'm being swanky and not paying attention.
