Since 9/11 we are in a new age. The Silent majority in this country are tired of those who leach off the system, want thier liberal Ideals shoved down our throats, illegaly enter this country, and sympathize with the enemy. We were attacked because they are jealous of our freedoms and want to bring down the greatest nation on earth. We are the greatest nation on earth because we are blessed by God for being a good Christian nation.

Since 9/11 we are in an age of fear which has bubbled over to other ridiculous fears manifesting themselves in other areas. It will fade away soon enough because, it's not reasonable to keep up this kind of rhetoric.

Blade - I'll try to put this simply. The members of this board do NOT tolerate partisan bullying. If you are simply trying to stir the pot, stop. If you truly believe in your stance and can find no other way to express it beyond disparaging other people, leave. If you continue with the tone you've come here with, you will be shown the door.

Everyone else...have some pity on us moderators and let him dig his own grave if he chooses to.

Oh. I thought we were a great nation because our forefathers fought for the freedom to speak out against our government when we disagree. Because of the groundwork our forefathers did we have the freedom to dress how we please, worship how we please (whatever deity it may or may not be), we have jobs, food and education available to us, regardless of race, gender or religion. Really didn't have anything to do with god. Just hard working men and women who fought for what they believed in.

If god is so great, then how come we have such a high homeless population? How come we have children who are beaten and otherwise abused, how come we have elderly who go to bed hungry?
