And speaking of McCain, I wonder if the 2000 whisper campaign Bush/Rove made about him being gay and fathering a black child out of wedlock will surface again. Or are these things suddenly untrue as he is the nominee for the Republicans? And will his status as a war vet propel him to victory despite that it was used against Kerry. I would rather have a president who is a strong leader yet a poor speaker than a president who gives great speeches but doesn't actually accomplish anything.
