Dear All,

The Ms. Pallor reference (as she will testify) comes from my very first post on this board...when Bear had his heart attack, and I didn't know anyone.

So I logged in, and sent a message to the only name I could remember Bear telling me about at the time. I didn't know to whom I was addressing the post, or any of the correct protocol.

So please forgive my continued use of the salutation...it is a term of endearment.

Visualization I think is also important. Sure - the ritual is the physical part of it - but see it in your mind. See the positive outcome of leaving it all behind. See your hapiness in the process. See yourself glad to have it past you.

Ahhh... I haven't thought about wiccan stuff in soooo long. Makes me want to go find that box in the garage filled with all my books and schtuff.

That said, Kevy and ABG pretty much said what I would have.

Most importantly, remember that the ritual only helps your mind focus on removing the energies from your life. Rituals/objects/spells are merely a focus or tool to take control of our own minds, which then affects our world around us.

I know some very old crones who don't do any physical ritual at all, and can literally banish bad things away without even thinking about it. They stopped using tools a long time ago, because their brains were already trained to do the work for them.

I've never had to banish any person or memories associated with that person. I've always tried to keep my memories and experiences and when applicable, learn from them.
